Please note that the following actions do not grant you Trusted Status automatically:

• Making a purchase on Steam of any amount.
• Making an in-game purchase of any amount.
• Enabling two-factor authentication on Steam.

Is Steam's Trusted Status the same as Lost Ark's Trusted Status?

No, Steam account status has no effect on Lost Ark trusted status. Steam restrictions, such as Limited User Accounts, operate separately from Lost Ark’s Trusted Status.

How long does it take to gain Trusted Status?

I had Trusted Status, but I haven't logged in for a while. Will I still have it when I return?

Trusted Status is determined by ongoing evaluations of your account's activity. If you haven't logged in for an extended period, your status might be re-evaluated upon your return. Regular gameplay can help maintain your Trusted Status.

Can I appeal if I lose my Trusted Status?

The system is automated, and Trusted Status is based on ongoing assessments of your account. Maintaining good in-game behavior is the fastest way to restore Trusted Status.

I lost my Trusted Status?!

The Trusted Status system is an evolving system and it may be granted or revoked depending on your gameplay activities. We highly encourage normal in-game play which helps determine if you are able to get Trusted again when system does its cycle.

Reasons your Trusted Status may be revoked or be intermittent include:

• Using a VPN
• Playing in an unsupported region
• Engaging in RMT
• Botting
• Using suspicious software
• Suspicious trading practices
• Suspicious account behavior

Please know that Trusted Status is regularly reviewed. If none of the above are occurring on your account, and you have lost your Trusted Status, your account will be re-evaluated. After re-evaluation, if your account looks to be in good standing, your Trusted Status will be re-granted.
