What is Crystalline Aura Plus?

Crystalline Aura Plus is a revamped Crystalline Aura with subscription options and one-off purchase options.

Important

  • Existing Crystalline Aura will automatically be upgraded to non-subscription Crystalline Aura Plus.
  • You will not automatically be opted into a paid subscription.
  • You can use the consumables from the subscription version immediately if you had remaining Crystalline Aura when purchasing a Crystalline Aura Plus subscription.
  • The Crystalline Aura Plus effects are auto-applied upon purchase. If you already had a Crystalline Aura or Crystalline Aura Plus purchase activated, the new Crystalline Aura Plus subscription will precede your prior benefits, which will now stack after your new subscription and continue after your subscription ends.

What is the price of Crystalline Aura Plus and how can I purchase or modify my subscription?

Please view the price within the store, as there can be regional differences depending on where you reside. The different packages for Crystalline Aura plus are listed below.

  • One time 30 day purchase
  • One month subscription
  • Three month subscription
  • Twelve month subscription

Purchasing or modifying Crystalline Aura Plus

In-game

  1. Login to Lost Ark.
  2. Navigate to the in-game store.
  3. Click Essentials.
  4. Choose the Crystalline Aura Plus subscription you want to purchase.
  5. Click Buy.
  6. Click Ok to confirm your purchase.
  7. You will be redirected to Steam for completion of the transaction.
  8. Add a credit card payment method or add funds if you do not have sufficient funds in your Steam Wallet.
  9. Click Purchase.

Important

You can view your subscription renewal date in-game by clicking on the information panel for Crystalline Aura Plus.

Out of game

  1. Go to the Lost Ark store page on Steam.
  2. Select the subscription you want to purchase.
  3. Go to your Steam shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Click Purchase after confirming this is the subscription you want.

Important

You can view your subscription renewal date, your subscription status, and your next payment date within the Manage subscriptions section on Steam.

Modifying subscription

  1. Go to your Account details page in Steam and click Manage subscriptions.
  2. Click Edit next to the subscription.
  3. Choose the subscription you want to change to and click Apply.
    • If you want to cancel your subscription, click Cancel.

Important

  • Changing to a different subscription will result in the new one taking effect on the next billing date.
  • The cancelled subscription will remain active until the paid plan expires.

I have an issue with my purchased Crystalline Aura Plus

Before contacting customer support, verify that you still have an active Crystalline Aura Plus subscription. If you choose not to renew your subscription, it will result in losing the benefits.
