Missing items
- Check your active subscriptions and recent in-game purchases.
- Verify all storage areas (roster storage, pet inventory, and other characters).
- If still missing, contact customer support with details about the item and when you last saw it.

Character Restoration
For character restoration, contact support with your character details and the reason for restoration.
When contacting support, please provide:
- Character name
- Server
- Date of the deletion
- Any additional relevant information
