Character Rename Process

1. Purchase a Character Name Change Ticket from the in-game shop.
2. Use the ticket on the character you wish to rename.
3. Enter your desired new name, following our naming guidelines.

Note: Character Name Change Tickets are consumed upon use.

Naming Guidelines

• Names must be between 2-16 characters long.
• Only use letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and single spaces.
• Names cannot start or end with a space.
• Offensive or inappropriate names are prohibited.
• Names may be subject to a “cooldown” or “reset“ period once changed. 

Character Inactivity Policy & Name Resets

Characters that remain inactive for extended periods may be permanently removed from the game or have their character's name reset

• Maintain active status and preserve character and character names by logging into each character at least once per year
• Once a character is removed or name reset occurs due to inactivity, these actions cannot be reversed

Important

• Customer support cannot assist with undoing a character name change. Please be confident of any name change before confirming.
• Customer Support cannot assist with name availability questions (when a character name will become free, be deleted, etc).
